I'm on a bit of a savoury scone kick today. These Gruyere and Pecan scones are a lovely treat and would be perfect for a wine and cheese party or just for a savoury treat any time. These freeze well, so it's easy to make up a batch, freeze, re-heat and enjoy. You can change up this recipe by substituting Emmenthal or Asiago cheese and/or using different nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts etc.).
