Located in Gulf Shores, when we have free time, we love to come to our comfortable, roomy, beautiful 1450 square foot beach townhouse plus a ground level kids hangout, El Sea, located right on the main beach road with its enticing Gulf view and beach access across the street. Quiet, bright, clean and cheerfully decorated in a beachy theme, it is conveniently located to the hub of Gulf Shores activities (2.2 miles west of the T ), without being TOO close! As one of our guests recently told me, THIS IS NOT A RENTAL, THIS IS A HOME! Quite a few renters have said that they are surprised at how much NICER it is than the pictures show! El Sea is a nice change from the big, noisy condo environment! The only neighbors you MIGHT have are next door if that unit happens to be rented, and your deck privacy is protected by a dividing wall. Watch and listen to the surf while you enjoy your morning coffee. Gaze at the gorgeous view from either the large lower deck with swing and commercial grade loungers, or your private upper deck off the master suite, also with loungers. El Sea is located where there are NO big highrise condos to block your view (nothing but beach houses) and a vacant lot directly next door to improve your privacy. This part of Gulf Shores is MUCH less congested with traffic and people. The beach has NO crowds and you can plant yourself almost anywhere on the beach and soak up the rays (carefully) without annoyance or commotion! Bedrooms:3 Baths:3 Sleeps:10 Vacation Rental Amenities This home was never rented before January 2004, so it is NOT beat up and is in pristine condition. The complete interior and exterior have just been redone, along with porcelain tile floors upstairs and down! Its fully furnished with all the amenities of home and full baths for each bedroom. The main living area is open and bright. There is a 32 inch TV, DirecTV and a DVD player with plenty of movies. One bedroom is located on the first floor and has a full sized bed. The Master suite features a king size bed with a skylight and French door access to upper deck. A 27 inch TV and DirecTV are there. The second upstairs bedroom is equipped with 2 futon bunks and a TV. A REALLY NEAT feature is a furnished ground level bunkroom/playroom with air conditioning that is a great getaway for the kids (and the adults too!), featuring 2 sets of futon bunks (each has a full and twin matress), an extra refrigerator and 27 inch TV with a new Sony Playstation 2,games and DirecTV!! MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT SLEEPING LIMITED TO TEN!! A surcharge will apply for any overage! There is covered parking for 2 cars with outside space for about 5-6 others, and a sheltered entry. Convenient outside HOT shower for beach cleanup.
