Do not buy this particular brand of steamer/mop. The Thane Co. claims they have a one year warranty, but it's for what they decide to cover. I bumped my mop head against a table leg, during normal cleaning (this was not a hard bump) and the plastic broke just above the mop head. This is one of those things that just isn't covered. Surprise, surprise. This was only the third time this mop had been used since I received it the end of November, 2009.
