BTW: I recommend one of the condos with a view of the pool or the ocean or both - much better than looking at the carpark. OT213 is great because you can look out at the kids in the pool from the lanai.

Brilliant location, brilliant condo, brilliant staff and a brilliant owner. My wife, I, and our two young children stayed here in December 2009 (we live in Australia). Everything is fantastic. Thu (the owner) looked after us for every need including toys and bedding for the children and gave us a great price.I can't recommend the place highly enough. After looking through a mass of places for a family holiday in Hawaii that all looked a little run down and tired, I'm so glad we decided on Ko Olina. The staff are brilliant. One example was we were having trouble with the BBQ by the pool, and the security guy saw us on the camera and came out to help us.The lagoon is great for the kids. I'm guessing many of the condos are provately owned by those rich enough to not rent them out, and as such the place is quiet, the pool area is not too crowded and it's really relaxed and friendly. Our 3 year old loved running around with the other 3 year olds that were at the pool.Thu was brilliant - she made everything simple and I would definitely recommend booking directly from her. I can't wait to come back.
