I made these for thanksgiving. They were pretty good. My fiance loved the cayenne in them. I used a star and turkey shaped cookie cutters to cut them out, which made them look really festive. Because they had sweet potato in them, they were a bit denser then normal biscuits. Some kind of complementary jam would have been good to serve them with.
