There are several things you can do to obtain some relief from this type of soreness. One being the use of Epsom salt. MuscleMag International reports Epsom salt reduces inflammation and relieves pain. The magazines recommends to soak in two cups of Epsom salt added to warm water in your bathtub for at least 12 minutes three times a week.
