What you have here is the book that's described as "the book that every woman needs to buy". Sold? Yeah, but only if you can get it cheap enough. And I'm talking DEAD cheap. Thankfully, my copy was cheap, and I also didn't buy it. Everything that a woman could ever need tips on is included in this. And some things that you would never really need to know. I spent most of the first half laughing out loud (the writer is really sarcastic - don't chat when you're getting your fringe cut, otherwise you'll end up without an eyeball, or hair in your mouth), and the second half skipping the pages, to try and find what happened to the good stuff. What I did find interesting was the hair & makeup stuff, anything about clothes, how NOT to wear a hat, and how to play poker. What didn't I find interesting? As an early 20something, who's still living at home, the stuff about mortgages, how to make friends with your bank manager, how to feng shui your home (does anyone actually understand this?), how to make the most of your money each month, how to budget for Christmas, how to use your garden to your best advantage, and other boring trash. This really didn't interest me, although I suppose it might be vice versa with other people. I'd highly recommend if you really need this book (it only took me a couple of hours to read mind!) then you budget, or get it really cheap, or if need be, second hand.
