I just bought mine online for 99 with free shipping, and I can say they have real customer service unlike what terah was talking about. I haven't personally tried the Babyliss.. but i had a tough time picking between that and the karmin as well. I chose the Karmin.. you have to break it in, as with any flat iron, but it does just as good a job as my old Chi Elite. Also, the BEST thing about it is that it hardly damages my hair, if at all!! I have to say, though, that the same woman (Erin is her name, i believe) sells them on Ebay and on surplus something.. whatever that website is (you pay a lot more for it on there!), and her customer service skills are basically nonexistent!!
