Description:
Directions: Take a sip of water if you need space to add mix. Tear packet starting at tear notch and empty contents into a 16.9 fl. oz. bottled water. Shake until dissolved. For a lighter flavor, use a 20 fl. oz. bottled water.

This is a great drink; my daughter just loves it. I love the fact that she gets 10g of fiber when she drinks it. It is a little hard to find in the store, though.
If people are having trouble finding this item, look in the medicine aisle where Benefiber and Metamucil are. I have often found them there. Good luck! These are excellent!
This is a wonderful drink. It really helps with feeling full. Tastes really good too. They need to have it at more stores. Had a hard time finding it.
