There are some things a driver can do to proactively change their insurance rates and have them be lower. These changes aren’t always easy to make and often require time, persistence, and patience on the policyholder’s part, and it may take an even greater amount of effort to accomplish if there are additional drivers on the policy. But there really is no reason why any driver should disregard their rates and not try to make their rates lower.
