PHP-Fusion includes the most common features you would expect to see in many other CMS packages. Why use PHP-Fusion? Its FREE! Its Open Source (LAMP Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP). Its easy to install, and once you watch these videos, its easy to get it up and running in less than a day. You can find web hosting companies for under $5 or $10/month. What can you do with PHP-Fusion? Its a great tool for a money-making site or a site you might need to put together for a church or non-profit. Since its a Content Management System (CMS) you can assign userids and different roles, so other people in your organization can contribute content to the site. This website was created with PHP-Fusion! I currently default to using PHP-Fusion on 90% of my new websites. It does exactly what I need. I can get my site up in less than an hour (I often copy the entire database from a previous site to use as a model or a clone.) It's easy for me to have employees or consultants update the website. There is no special software to install on the client computer (i.e. no Frontpage, no Dreamweaver, etc...).
