Hi Mick, I have been weight training for 5 years (now 54) - pretty fit, bit on the lean side (73kgs & 5′ 8″ height). Have heard of testosterone for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and as a general booster to falling testosterone levels with age. So, here’s a couple of questions from the older fraternity of dedicated amateur bodybuilders: 1. What would you suggest as a longish cycle of HRT to keep me in good nick (whilst improving my bench-pressing capabilities). 2. I live in Australia - not an easy place to get gear. Any suggestions as to how I could get a hold of the genuine stuff such that I could take minimum doses to keep my body in top shape over the long term whilst improving my performance in the gym. P.S.
