DO NOT BUY THE SYNTHETIC LEATHER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM RELAX THE BACK IF YOU EXPECT ANY SUPPORT OR HELP. I thought the high back version of this from Relax the Back. I, stupid me, bought synthetic leather. If you're buying one of these, I'd guess that you sit on your chair for a fairly substantial period of time. The synthetic leather HAS NO BREATHABILITY, and this makes the chair almost unusable for extended durations - fundamentally preventing this chair from being used for what you'd think would be its intended purpose. I called Relax the Back within a few days of using the chair. I was told by the saleman when I bought it that they had a 10 day return policy - which is the whole reason why I bought it, thinking if there's a problem I could return it. The saleman basically told me he's never had the complaint before and that I was SoL. He wasn't kind or even willing to discuss the problem with me. When I asked to talk to his boss, the said that his boss was the store owner, that the owner wasn't in, and talking to him woulnd't do me any good. We got into a heated yelling match. Needless to say, Relax the Back will never get a dollar from me again. I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone other than my worst enemy. FWIW, the chair itself is quite excellent, offering adjustments to provide support in almost any configuation - tho I don't think it goes high enough. But if you're seriously looking into this, I HIGHLY recomment either fabric or real leather.
