The DVD was made by Jan Janzen, president of Women Empowering Women, who is a typical REAL woman who wanted to learn pole dancing in a fun, safe and supportive environment. The Lil' Mynx stripper pole comes in polished stainless steel, red, white, pink or black. The pole itself does not bolt to the floor or ceiling. The ceiling mount uses one sturdy bolt into a joist which can be found using a stud finder - or the help o f that sexy neighbor you've been dying to meet. The removable nature lets you keep the dance pole in place when you want to use it, and remove it when you have company coming for dinner. Store your pole under your bed, behind the couch or in a closet when finished. If you prefer your pole to be permanent, you can secure the base to the floor with screws (not included) instead of using the rubber feet included. Dance poles are 2 inches in diameter and adjust in height to be used with an 8-10 foot ceiling. While our pole was designed with carpeted floors in mind we offer a small pad for use on non-carpeted floors, including hardwood, tile, cement, etc. Installation is easy. It takes less than 15 minutes. Our simple design incorporates a unique ceiling mount - disguised as a plant hook for discretion - that requires only a single screw into a main joist in the ceiling. A threaded compression system holds the dance pole in place. It can handle a person up to 250 pounds. When the pole is put away all you have left is a functional plant hook in the ceiling. My review for the Lil Mynx Rotator Poll: It is great! I have a vaulted wall mount that I bought for an extra 35$ and it is worth it. I had my boyfriend but it together. It took a little longer for me b/c I have a vaulted celling. The vaulted mount is metal. The regular mount is plastic. I would addible to get the vaulted mount, just b/c it is more sturdy. It took a little bit to put up. The detection for me pole: and extra 2 feet. Worker, but would come down. So my boyfriend put JB-Weld to make the pole stick better to the mount. If it sound like to much to do, well it is worth it. By boyfriend is over 200LBD and it works for him .I don;t recommend putting over 200lbs on the pole.The JB Weld worker great!! The pole is the best investment !! I love it!!!
