The air brush system is terrible, I'm a make-up artist and this is by far the worst! All the ads are pre-recorderd. I am married to a marketing expert. If we were to put a terrible product on the market, I too, could make it sound amazing. The customer service for Luminess Air is worse than the air brush machine. Being that you have constant issues you have to call and be on hold 25 to 45 minutes to then speak to a person who knows nothing. I was told I had to send back my broken stlus piece but "if i called them with a tracking number,they would ship me a new one immediately," Well I have yet to get it shipped out and If I were'nt the one who called them for the 4th time I am sure they would never send it out on the day I was quoted. Every time I call this company they lie about something. The makeup is a rip off. You need way more than 3 or 4 drops to cover your face. So unless you want to spend 200.00 a month on make-up. try another company. I never joined their discounted club because thats a lie too. My friend showed me the reciepts on her card. They keep billing her every month and ripping her off too. There club prices are not 32 or 34 dollars a bottle. Hopefully I have spaired someone the aggrevation by reading this! Make sure you understand each and every charge. I was being charged for stuff I didn't even know I agreed to. Plus the 30 Day trial is great, but say you decide you don't want the makeup and its not for you. You still have to pay 2/3 of the $almost $400 cost. So who in there right mind wouldn't keep it whether you loved it or not. So I kept mine. The makeup is OK. But my Spray Gun is awful.... I am a proffessional makeup artist and I am maticulious about Cleaning my system, yet the majority of the time the Product does NOT Spray like it should. I am very disapointed in this. Its not like I have been using it for a year. I mean right away it was doing this. Peple would be like it is NOT spraying out I think I just feel air. ARRGGHHH... There is better guns and systems. Do research don't get fooled by the 30 Day Trial like I DID......

I bought this product and I am very disappointed. I hated the makeup. It made my face shiny and powder didn't help. I tried to return the item within the timeframe and they high pressured me into settling my account for a certain amount. Now in addition to "settling my account", they are sending me the horrible makeup and charging me $32.42 a month. They refused to let me send the makeup back and say I have to pay for it for one year. I have never been treated so poorly by customer service. They probably won't be in business long with that kind of attitude.

Don't buy this product! This product is not worth the 200+++ dollars that you'll spend. The actual airbrush makeup leaves me skin very sticky and rubs off easily. Product does nto stay on all day as they claim.

Your Open QuestionShow me another » Buyer Beware for Luninessair!!!!? DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! It looks great on TV but it is hard to apply evenly especially the blush/bronzer, the makeup doesn't cover at all like the ads claim for uneven skin color, faint freckles, blemishes, spots etc. You don't get a flawless look as the ad claims (unless you already have perfect skin that doesn't really need makeup anyway) and if you have oily skin you will look worse than you would using regular makeup! When applying the blush/bronzer the color doesn't show up right away so you think you have to apply more, then when it dries you look like a clown. My compresser stopped working after less than two months so now I have to pay for shipping to get it repaired and I cannot return it for a refund because I lost track of the time and it is past the 30 days so I'm stuck with an over-priced product that is useless. (maybe for model painting?) And I was charged twice in less than 30 days for the installments and they still had a payment scheduled for the next month!

I don't care if this product makes me look like a Greek Goddess it's too expensive at $220.00. That tiny engine box and wand are not worth the price. I bet it does not cost anywhere near that price to make. For pete's sake you can buy Jack LaLane's juicer for $100 and it has a big engine with lots of parts. Why must these new products cost so much? They just want to rip off as many people as possible before someone else makes them for less. I'll wait.

I just got mine a few days ago and it is amazing. It's so easy to use yet I look better than when I spent 30 minutes with regular make up. It takes less than two minutes with clean up to look the best I have in years. The blush is subtle and flawless. Three drops and it's done in 20 seconds tops. Then I finish it off with the shimmer, I like the pearl, and I glow. I feel a little vain but gosh, I look good. Don't hold back. I would recommend this highly to any woman who cares how she looks.
