not sure the look you prefer, the DvF dress is younger, more "fun" but the Marc J. is sophisticated, which i'd lean towards. Both great dresses, though I question the pattern also on the DvF.

I don't know if either would work for any place I have ever worked (too short), but the more conservative Marc Jacobs is nice depending on where you work.
