Well, here we go. A friend of mine at work told me about this a little while back, and I’ve FINALLY gotten up the nerve (and had the time) to do this. I’m kinda excited and scared, all at the same time, but hey, some times you just have to suck it up and do it. Had the herbal laxative last night, and it is DISGUSTING, so if anyone knows of a more palatable way on this one, I’d LOOOOVE to hear it. Decided to see how my body starts reacting to this before I start trying the SWF (last thing I want is to have to go while I’m in the car on my way to work!). I brought 4 servings (2L/2 quarts) with me to work today…maybe I should have brought one extra, because I still have 3 hours to go, and I’m down to my last one. I think I used a bit too much cayenne, and maybe a bit heavy on the maple syrup as well. I’ll try and adjust that tomorrow! So far I haven’t really been hungry, although I am feeling a few pangs right now. I’ve never been one for mint tea, but if that’s my treat, then I’ll take it! Anyhow, I figure that if I get through today, then I’ll be in fairly good shape. More to come :)
