They then responded to my email with:Sept. 5, 2008Hello,I am currently working on a solution for your problem with your order. My manager wants to know if you contacted the BBB on this matter.On Sept. 3, 2008 I wrote: This is exactly what the tree looked like when it arrived with the exception of two more lemons. I removed the lemons because they had been eaten by bugs (I sent you a picture). I then responded:Sept. 5, 2008 I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Justice Department.
