The Muted Green Mandala Record Bowl is an original mandala painting in green with a cream-colored design on a recycled 12" vinyl record. **As seen in Viva Terra's Spring 2009 Catalog and featured by Apartment Therapy and Gay List Daily! Viva Terra is sold out of these bowls, so if you need them, this is where to get them, direct from the artist!** If you are looking for the coordinating cream-colored bowl with the design in green, please see this listing and get the matching set: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=25600223 My record bowls are hand painted with acrylics, heated, and lovingly sculpted into unique organic, flower-like forms. I have sealed up the spindle hole so it is water tight and functional. The entire bowl, as well as the original record label on the bottom of the bowl, has been sealed with a semi-gloss finish. This bowl is great for holding fruit or candy or just as an art object to set on your coffee table. It would make an awesome conversation piece! ___________________________________________________________ Here's what they're saying about Eye Pop Art Mandala Record Bowls: "Striking...functional and food safe - now our movie-night-in popcorn container of choice...Style in your house, and vinyl outta the landfill.
