I never acknowledged that I was so into it until Yumna asked me if I had an infatuation with bows. Then I realized I kinda do…bow rings, bows in my hair, photographing bows, bows in my room..bows bows bows. Then I found a website that made me sooo excited; LouLou’s. “Bowtastic” as she says. Oyeeee, soooooo cutttee!!! Im going to try making some myself one of these days.. So, in the last couple weeks I’ve stumbled across some things that I consider my own little discoveries. * Fish Oil: Research studies show fish oil benefits are down right amazing. Ive been taking fish oil everyday now for only a week and its really impressive how much better I feel. I don’t know if its a coincidence that my body is feeling / looking different since I’ve started the pills, but I definitely don’t doubt these pills . There is evidence proving that fish oil helps with less pain and inflammation, cardiovascular health , protection from Stroke and heart attack, better brain function, less depression and psychosis, lower incidence of childhood disorders, reduction of breast/colon/prostate Cancer. That covers like…everything…no wonder I feel better?? haha. * Dial Soap: This is one of the strangest stories. I went to the gym, and after I went to shower at the gym and realized that I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner. All they had was some soap in a dispenser in the shower, and it said Dial on it. So I’m guessing its body wash. When I was in Egypt living with the Bedouins for a weekand I ran out of shampoo/conditioner. No big deal, I would just wash my hair with soap so that I knew it was clean. Well that’s what I did when I was at the gym, and the results were BEAUTIFULL. I seriously don’t get what they put in that dang dial soap, but whatever it is is working incredibly with my hair. I went again yesterday and did the same thing, and my mane looks SO GOOD. Dial soap=new shampoo/conditioner. I’m going to start bringing bottles to the gym so i can have some at home…I’m so serious! * Wheatgrass: When I first tried wheat-grass at age 12, I barfed it up and swore I would never place grounded up grass in my mouth ever again. However, I was at a Juice Bar a month ago and was conned into trying it again because I’m trying to cut back on coffee (HA!). Wheat grass Two ounces of wheat grass equals 3 pounds of organic vegetables in vitamins and minerals, or the equivalent of two cups of coffee. It didn’t taste as bad as I recalled…and I was soooo engergized afterwards to my surprise. Wheat grass aint the delicious coffee but it sure is better for you.
