Trust me, my boyfriend & I bought both to try, & the xbox sucks! Teeny tiny little instructions on the screen during gameplay, & u can only use certain moves when it tells you to in certain places(in tiny writing!) its a pain, & allows no freedom. The Wii has less "adult" games, but the 1st person shooter games are really fun! its like playing Area51 w/the plastic gun in the old arcades. Also, its a whole lot cheaper... and appealing to a larger age range, younger & older
WII is way better, Its better because while having fun, you are getting a great work out. Its super fun and keeps you in great shape.
i have the xbox 60 and its great. i love it. i havent had any problems but the wii seems like more fun but i dont know if it works that great.
better games
SO many more gamming options AND the majority of the games do not require months of your life. Just pick up and play whenever! (great for ADD lol)

RE: Boooo --- lol! It is definitely aimed at a different style of gaming. As far as game play, I would probably like Xbox or Ps3-- Wii seems more aimed at family toned mario bros style games. I really mostly wanted the wii so I could get the wii fit, which I LOVE. Suppose, all in all, it was kinda expensive for what amount to just the wii fit :)
WOW! Got this for xmas much to my surprise! Its pretty cool, though being so over hyped, I am not sure it lives up to all it was put on to be by others. But, I haven't really gotten to play with the Wii much beyond the wii fit, so I may not have given it a proper chance.
