Plusses - Great price - Clutch adjustment... suh-weet!! - Sturdy construction - Makes a great back up keyboard stand Minuses: - Center bar has a small plastic (internal) piece that needs to be glued in place so it won't pop out when the upper horizontal (2-piece) bar is separated. - Limited amount of adjustment for the upper tier, unless you like to be "hidden" onstage (don't they call this an "on Stage" stand?). - I use 2 relatively light keyboard controllers, and assorted keyboards for the bottom tier depending on the gig. Having a heavy keyboard on this stand balancing off-center (tpiiing over) is never an issue with me. The OVERHANG of the upper keyboard not only blocks the lower key, but relegates the keyboardist from being seen. I normally have 2 keyboards in a LOW-PROFILE (below the "navel" level so to speak) so I can be more visible & the audience can see the fingers a-flyin' when I play. I hate setups that make a keyboadist "hide" behind their ax(es). If you are that kind of person too.... well you might think twice. I use "Invisable Support" keyboard stands because they do not distract away from the keyboards or myself (too bad they are not made anymore... find em' on eBay). ** OVERALL, BUY THIS IF YOUR NOT PICKY ABOUT THE UPPER LEVEL SETTINGS, or being hidden from your audience. I've owed many stands, and this one is still a good one in my book.
