This grinder from Oxo stores whole seeds in its lower glass bottle and then tips over to grind them right from its built-in mechanism. The grinding mechanism is made out of a durable ceramic that won't rust, corrode or affect the flavor of the seeds. The grind can be adjusted to five different positions from coarse to fine. A soft grip around the grinder cushions the hand while grinding and marks within the lid let you measure out the proper amount of flax seeds from 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon.
