Add to My Michaels Paper Mod Podge® - the perfect all in one glue, sealer and finish is an acid- free formula used as a glue, sealer, and finisher for your paper projects. It's fast-drying, water-based, and non-toxic. Brush it on thin for a smooth finish, or use thicker application for a textured effect. COMMONLY USED SURFACE-TO-SURFACE APPLICATIONS ARE: * Perfect for paper to paper projects, scrapbooks, paper mache, and altered art! DIRECTIONS & TIPS FOR USING PAPER MOD PODGE: * Place 2-3 sheets of newspaper under finished project. Apply Paper Mod Podge evenly over base surface area. Affix paper and let dry. For extra stength, apply additional coats. * As a sealer: Apply thin coat. Let dry 15-20 minutes. * As a glue: Apply moderate coat to base surface, then position paper, fabric, etc. Smooth out air bubbles. Let dry. * As a quick finish: Apply smooth moderate coat. * As a textured finish: Apply thick coat imitating artist's brush strokes or stippling with sponge. * As a built-up finish: Apply at least 5 coats; dry 15-20 minutes between coats. Wet sand with $&400 grit sandpaper till smooth. Wipe with damp cloth. If desired, apply more coats, wet sand again until desired finish is attained. SPECIAL TIPS: * Close container after each use. * Once dry, Mod Podge cannot be removed. * To eliminate tackiness, apply Clear Acrylic Sealer over dried Mod Podge.
