As the designer of this collection, having just stumbled across Kaboodle today - I am thrilled with seeing the positive response to one of my favorites! This was a part of the Museum of New Mexico Collection that I was invited to do back in 2002/2003. It was the highlight of my career so far, to be allowed into the archives at the museum to look at hundreds of the most exquisite collection of folk art textiles in this country. They were from all over the world and I used them for inspiration for the collection. This was from a lace sleeve from a blouse from the Phillipines. I am the original owner and designer of The Chandler Collection and I was happy to see some of my other designs here as well. I'm glad I joined Kaboodle! I have a new company now (I sold The Chandler Collection) called Papillon Linens. I have been passionate about textiles my whole life!
