Great store, as long as things go smoothly and you have no problems with your order, nor want to do a return. However, if a problem arises on the back-end (i.e. fit or product quality), customer service is piss poor. This does not give a buyer much security. Overall, low marks.
Pink Mascara sent me a faulty, faded Mike & Chris jacket which was suppose to be chocolate with orange streak marks and fading throughout. They charged me a premimum price for delivery to an overseas address, it then costed me a hell of alot around $40-$50 US dollars to send it back. None of the postage was reimbursed, that's at least a loss of $80 for their error. Be warned
