I also found the stars very difficult to get out. The silicone ice trays with regular, rounded shapes work pretty well, though. I have some hearts and penguins that I have no difficulty getting out.

I'm with kabroskie on that. I have the hardest time getting the ice out of mine. I think I'll add this to my Regrets list. Thanks for reminding me.

ARGH I hate these. @Mikhail got the bottled water version too, and they are SOOO hard to get out. I wouldn't suggest these to my worst enemy.

Just picked up the bottled water version. ;)

I find getting them into the freezer without spilling is nearly impossible, as they are all sorts of wiggly.

A little too much work to get the ice out of these. Only for the extremely patient bartender.
