In less than 2 weeks after purchase, found a bad pixel almost dead center of screen. Contacted Polaroid about getting unit fixed. The following is a direct quote from Polaroid Support “The information that you have provided indicates that a pixel is out on your LCD screen. Unfortunately, our warranty does not provide a service option for one defective pixel. The qualification for exchange is Seven or more defective pixels” When asked again that they do not consider a bad pixel being out in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS of use, “Unfortunately, that is our company policy”
