Belly support band As your baby drops into position for her grand entrance, you may feel an equally grand pressure in your pelvis. You can alleviate some of it by slipping on a maternity support band. Glamorous it isn't, but it helps eliminate back, leg, and abdominal pain. Plus, you can wear it discreetly under most clothes. Feeding supplies A complete baby-feeding kit includes bibs for spit-up; a nursing pillow to help you support your baby while you feed her; nipple cream to sooth sore nipples; nursing bras and nursing pads; a breast pump, bottles, and nipples if you're on the go; and formula if you're not breastfeeding.
