What I like best about the Pure Digital video camera is the fact that it is so easy to use. You can figure out everything in a few minutes. It has only the basic features that you need - record, zoom in & out, view the videos, and delete them. It's small enough to carry in your pocket. It doesn't look like a video camera, so some people won't realize you are recording video. This camera has two bad features. The first one is the zoom in & out button has a loud click to it. You get the click in the sound of the video when you are recording. Actually it is a double-click. Zoom in CLICK-CLICK. Zoom out CLICK-CLICK. I found it so distracting to the sound of the video that I zoom in or out before I start recording and leave it at that. The other bad feature is the fact that it is so small and light, that it is easy to get shaky videos. I have to concentrate on keeping my hand steady to get a good picture, otherwise it looks like the shaking in the Blair Witch Project. If you aren't familiar with that, it basically gives you a headache when viewing the video. I actually had a headache the first two days I had this camera while watching the videos that I took. Keeping it steady in your hand solves this problem, and I am now able to do this quite easily. The quality of the video is good. The camera has a built-in USB connector, so I was able to upload the videos to my PC, and then put one on YouTube, no problems at all. Super simple. That is why I bought it, and it works great for capturing simple videos to view on your computer or to put the videos online. I recommend this camera for this purpose.
