On January 15, 2009, the CPSC announced the recall of 3 models of Fisher Price Rainforest Portable Play Yards. The rails of the play yards can collapse resulting in bumbs and bruises or more serious injuries like broken bones. DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THE RAINFOREST PACK N PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 14 month old who played in his all the time he loved it! On the 25 he was in it like normal and he pulled himslef up on it which he had done many many times before and it just collapsed and he fell out of it and broke his arm! Now i have a 14 month old son with a cast!
