A few years ago I bought two canopy chairs at a farmers market in Reno. We liked out chairs so much that we had them ship a set to my parents in Florida (now you know their age range and state of mind - retired people, got to love them). Anyways we had a part failure on one of our original chairs. It appears that some bad product was sold to Renetto. I dropped them an email expecting the typical run around, but instead got a very cheerful response. "send us a picture and we will send you a replacement". It took me a week or two to whip out the trusty iPhone but shortly after I sent them a photo, I got a brand spank'n new chair! Why can more companies stand behind their product like that? Just this past week the second chair had a similar failure and what do you know - I just got a shipment notification. The team at Renetto rocks.

I posted a comment here about my negative experience with Renetto; terrible, non-existent customer service. This "company" sent me an email threatening me if I didn't remove my comments, they would take legal action. If you're a potential customer of this company, you might think twice before dealing with an outfit that goes to these extremes to keep customers opinions from you.

This shannon830906 is nuts! This chair is awesome and I have purchased many over the years. Recently I purchased 4 as gifts and noticed they have their all new footrest. Very cool! I had just missed their free shipping offer and wrote to customer service. I received a phone call immediately and was given the free shipping anyways. Great company!

I recently ordered the new Renetto beach chair. This chair is amazing and very comfortable. Everyone at the beach loved it. I learned of their outstanding products in Mens Journal and the Washington Post. Now I know why they won product of the year. I needed the chairs to get to me before me trip and was amazed that I received a phone call to tell me they paid for expedited shipping just to make sure I had them. GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!

I have 4 Renetto canopy chairs (and one lounger) and have had no problems with the chairs OR customer service. In fact, I see that they have a new line up of products on their website... Obviously they're doing something right! I would by from them again and certainly recommend the company to friends... WOW!!! I had the opposite experience. These chairs are amazing and the customer service was awesome. I have spoken to different customer service reps at many different times and all were very helpful. These are the most amazing chairs I have ever owned and very high quality. I have bought multiple chairs at different times for gifts and at one time I was contacted by Mr. Tinto at a different number from his office. Primarily to discount a purchase for me after I made a multiple purchase. By the way...Renetto also makes the Kelsyus Canopy Chair and they would be just as happy if you bought it from Target too. So I guess Shannon still bought her chair from them :-)
