i want one

If you go to autobarn.com they have them for $9.95 & you can get multiples at cheaper prices. Just thought I would help. Happy shopping!

Like beckietran, I have a fear of being submerged in water, especially when I drive across the Bay Bridge (why not the Golden Gate or any other bridge, I'm not sure, but I think it may have to do with the the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake). I also have a fear of being trapped in by my seat belt; I always imagine it happening as my car is hanging off the side of the cliff or is on fire. I guess the seatbelt thing is probably ultimately less threatening than the water thing, but I just hate the idea of dying because I couldn't get out of a 3-inch wide piece of fabric. At any rate, because of such fears, this little tool seems like a great idea. I'm wondering, though, how easy is it to set the spring-loaded tip off? Because if there is any chance of it happening on accident, I would do it (probably to myself, and probably right through my eye), making this tool a much worse threat than the circumstances it's supposed to save me from. Then again, if I was being car-jacked (another fear of mine, especially when driving in East Oakland alone late at night), I may have yet another use for this little thing.

It's a tiny version of the Life Hammer! I'm always paranoid I'll be submerged underwater. There's like .7% chance of that actually happening, but still. I want to give one of these to everyone I know.
