This is the Wild West for a new Intelligent Advertising Age, and we are looking for dynamic leaders to help put our flag in the ground and take our sales training to a world class level. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Performance Systems, the Sr. Trainer/Program Manager will: � Program manage and oversee all logistics, preparation, delivery, and content for the ReachLocal Boot Camp Orientation Program for Internet Marketing Consultants. � Facilitate and co-train (with CDO) the 5-day Boot Camp training program � currently conducted 1 week each month in Dallas. � Work with Training Coordinator to complete all necessary preparation tasks for Boot Camp Program, including requirements before and during week of training (some evenings during week of training) � Light curriculum development and editing of materials (10-15% of role) � Delivery of on-going education (post-Boot Camp) training sessions using online virtual classroom application (ex. WebEx, LiveMeeting, GoToMeeting) Minimum requirements: � 3-5 years formal corporate training experience (classroom 20-25) � 1-2 years instructional design/curriculum development in a sales environment � Delivery of formal training sessions via virtual classroom application (preferred)
