I actually got this set for Christmas last year, and I would rate it about 6/10 stars. The applicators and brushes are terrible, and the lip glosses are rather hard, so you need a good lip brush for them. I tried to use the brush that came with it and it broke on my first attempt. On the plus-side, there are a lot of fun colors to work with if you have a nice set of brushes.

I have this set. It's fun, but definitely use your own brushes instead of the ones that come with it. The brushes included are terrible quality.
