I wish I could have enough information about Hearing dogs to help public awarness. I have had one for almost 28 years and have found many in some areas do not understand the use of Hearing Dogs and why we take them everywhere! I am both deaf and hearing. I am deaf very deaf without hearing aids and with them I can hear well and talk well as I am late deaf. So they can't understand why I take my dog with me. I have had many yell get your dog out of such and such place even with ID and law book and jacket. If you know how I can get enough information I am willing to go out and speak for this situation.
