I am having a horrible time with greatbabyproducts.com. They claim my product was delivered, it was not, and they refuse to work with me. Only the mailer (them) can file a claim with the USPS, so I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company. They literally refuse to work with me at all, they do not answer their phone, and provide the minimal information possible. Despite their claim that the product was delivered, my order is still listed as "processing" on their website.
