Well it depends on the type of wedding. I like the tank dress but I think this dress is good for a day time wedding or an outside day time wedding. However if the wedding is supposed to be a retro type thing then go with the Daddy O's. I actually think the Daddy O's one is just plain cute to wear at any time.
Traditionally, wearing black to a wedding means that you're mourning the match. The only exception being a formal evening affair.

the blackr i thinkis kinda dorky looking, other is cute but maybe not wedding cute. The shirred tank dress is stylish not over doing it but wedding style i think
