Mmm. I may make this this week.

Made this Friday night and it was excellent and quick. I did add a 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes, up-ed the shrimp to 2 pounds, and added twice an many green onions.

Made this last night. Took @hophead's recommendation to add a can of diced tomatoes and an extra 1/2lb of shrimp (oh, and we accidentally only got one onion so we did that and added a little extra celery). Was really good.
