Each seamlessly combines a stainless-steel handle with an ultra-sharp blade of forged stainless steel. Ground by hand and clad on each side with 16 microthin layers of high-carbon steel, the VG-10 steel blades have the look of Damascus steel – but not its tendency to rust. Conforming to a right-handed user’s natural handhold, the D-shaped handles provide a comfortable, secure grip. The ten-piece set includes a 3 1/2" paring knife, a 6" boning knife, a 6" serrated utility knife, a 7" santoku, an 8" chef’s knife, a 9" hollow-ground slicer, a 9" bread knife, pull-apart kitchen shears, a honing steel, and an 11-slot bamboo knife block.
