This looks cool. I would choose it if I were you...But that cause I'm a Tim Burton Fan, and it looks like the Umbrella that Penguin had in Batman 2.
this one is sexy. I like that it has a straight handle - like a walking stick.
As much as I like the handle on the other one, I like the shape of the hood of this one too much to pick otherwise.
this one looks a little more fancy, like it has a bit better craftsmanship which gives it more personality, i also see more details
