I would have never considered a gel eyeliner before, but the amazing women at Sephora showed me how gentle it was for older eyelids and how easy it was to apply, that now I am sold! I have this in brown and it trully stays put...no smudging or running.Posted by pandorasway at 8:05 AM on 7/5/08
