I ordered one of these and after attaching it saw no different. My contractor found out and said it only works with Digital meters. Not analog (ones with glass housing and wheel that turns). So I sold it him and asked Pwer-Save if it was true. (Not in that order) , And they never replied back so I assume it's true,
