Tourmaline ones are meant to be really good, and these are the cheaper ones.

i haven't tried the others, but i've had the solia for a year, and i LOVE it! it can make my very thick curly hair pin straight.

I have this one and really like it (except mine is pink). It's worth the money and does the job to straighten spiral permed hair.
