I have this in the 8gb, but I highly recommend you look for the best deal at an authorized electronics dealer. I've brought one off of Ebay, and it turned out to be a fake, so I was not very happy about that ordeal. Ebay has an article about it here, so I recommend checking that out before buying anything online, at least. Always be aware of private party sellers! I paid $100 for my 8gb at Fry's, but at least it gave me a peace of mind, afterwards. Sometimes, a really good deal is too good to be true. :[
