I tested this out two weekends ago. I followed it exactly except I used turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. THIS WAS SOOOO GOOD! I'm making it for Thanksgiving at my (soon to be) Mother in-laws house. I might use turkey sausage instead of bacon though.
