Nice traditional and hard wood.

Seems more substantial. Stands out more. If I ever tired of the look I would use it as a picture frame. Maybe buy an additional flat sheet to compliment the ones I am using and stretch it out on the back so it shows through the squares.

i like this one in the light wood and the cutout design is very cool...also it has a wooden frame which means you could have under-bed-storage!

This is nice, but get one you can store stuff under; you know: guitar case, snowboard, shoes, shoes, shoes. You can't do that with the Laguna or the Low wood cutout.

Square cutouts make this headboard a great eye-piece!

The Laguna was a little picnic bench reminiscent. The square wood could actually be good if the other features in the room are simple. The cutouts are a nice detail. Otherwise I'd choose this Low wood cutout headboard. I personally prefer cherry or darker wood for elegance. The mid-tone wood is good if you prefer a warmer feel.

Well the Laguna bed, the headboard kind of looks like a park bench, and the low wood cutout is cute but I like the color of the square cutout headboard better.
