you can wear it with more things, and if you can handle the height, in any weather, instead of a dress which you will freeze in.

Both are SOOOO cute!!! I pick the shoes because you can wear them more often. Plus, the dress might go on sale over winter.
Tough choice, they're both very pretty. But I'd go for the shoes; at least you can wear it more than once.
the Lezlie pump is adorable and you'll feel awesome wearing them! you can pair them with a suite/dress and even jeans! go for the shoes! the babydoll dress is cute, but trendy and will be out of style before the shoe will. Save your money on the dress, go to forever21 and get a babydoll dress that won't cost much so when it finally isn't "in" anymore, you won't care since you didn't spend much on it

METALLICS HAVE BEEN EVERYWHERE LATELY, BETTER PLAY IT SAFE AND GO W/ THE ULTRA SEXY HEELS, AND THEY ARE TIMELESS.
I just bought these and they are so cute and comfortable. Plus I think they go with a lot more stuff than the metallic. Both are good choices though!
I love the buckle! Plus, the other one is such a generic style you could find the same one for cheaper.
