if you are going to upgrade use something big like this. bye
I've heard good things about tourmaline ones so I'd try one of those (the cheaper one!)
my stylist uses this and it's fab!
Folica.com sells this dryer, which has NO HEAT SETTINGS, for $50 less than Sephora.com, but a professional stylist says this dryer is only "Fair for a Professional Dryer". This is what he has to say:
Reviewer: Ron from Birmingham, AL Fri Jan 05 2007
I found this dryer to be highly disappointing from a professional standpoint for three reasons: 1.You can accidentally turn it off because the controls are where your fingers grip the handle and dont require much pressure to switch off (unlike a Salono brand which requires a more deliberate push) 2. The nozzle opening is much too wide (or should have an optional narrower nozzle)to do some blow dry techniques without burning a clients scalp. It also gives the stylist more control. 3. Doesnt blow hard enough although blows very hot. I work at high end salon and have been in the business over 20 years.
I have upgraded mine as well
-1800 watt
-2 speed settings
-cold shot
no heat settings??
