Popcorn is best stored in the freezer to ensure moisture level remains below 15% for best popping. Refrigerator is okay for shorter term use. Popcorn is a delicious and nutritious snack...fast food at its best! Just cover the bottom of a heavy kettle with 1/8" oil, put on medium-high heat and add enough popcorn to cover the bottom about 1/4" deep (add a few cloves of peeled garlic if you like!) Jiggle the kettle with the lid slightly ajar until the corn almost stops popping. Turn off the heat and sprinkle salt, nutritional yeast and other seasonings on the popcorn. You can also melt REAL butter to drizzle on top.
